What is At9? +

At9 is a booking management app for small businesses. Whether you take room bookings, table reservations, appointments, classes or events, you can create and manage everything, track customers, and see your availability at a glance, all from your phone or tablet.

Which businesses is At9 built for? +

At9 is built for any business that manages bookings: restaurants, pubs, hotels, catteries, kennels, salons, yoga studios, tutors and more. Whether you're filling rooms, seating tables, scheduling appointments, running classes or hosting events. If you're still on paper or a spreadsheet, At9 can replace it.

Is At9 easy to set up? +

Yes, most businesses are up and running in under 10 minutes. You don't need any technical knowledge. Just download the app, add your bookable items (rooms, tables, appointment slots or classes), set your availability, and you're ready to take bookings.

Does At9 work on phones and tablets? +

Yes. At9 is available on iOS and Android, on both phones and tablets. The same login works everywhere and your data syncs in real time.

Can my whole team use it? +

Yes. The Team plan adds team access with role-based permissions, so front-of-house, managers and owners each see what they need.

Do you require a credit card to start the free trial? +

No. Every organisation gets a 90-day free trial from the day you register — no card, no payment details, nothing to cancel if you decide At9 is not for you. You get full access to everything, including the Team features, for the whole 90 days.

What happens when my free trial ends? +

Nothing disappears. Your bookings, customers and settings are all still there, and you can still sign in and see them. To carry on taking new bookings you will need an active plan — Solo (£9.99/month) for the essentials, or Team (£29.99/month) to add team access, reminders, files, notes and customer history. Pick whichever fits when you are ready.

What do I get if I upgrade to Team? +

Everything in Solo, plus the things a business with staff needs: invite your team to one shared live diary, automatic booking reminders that cut no-shows, files and photos against any customer or booking, staff calendars, customer notes and full booking history.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time? +

Yes. You can move between Solo and Team whenever your needs change, and cancel any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Because plans are purchased through the App Store or Google Play, you manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings, and it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens to my data if I cancel? +

Your data is always yours and we will never sell it. If you cancel and need a copy of your data, just email us at contact@at9.app and we will send everything to you within 24 hours.
