We respect your right to control your personal data. This page covers two different situations — deleting your At9 account, and requesting removal of personal data we may hold about you.

Delete My Account Data Removal Request

For At9 users

Delete My Account

If you are an At9 user and would like to permanently close your account, you can request this in either of the following ways.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your account credentials and personal profile.
  • Your organisation, settings, and all configured entities (rooms, tables, etc.).
  • All booking records associated with your organisation.
  • All customer records stored under your organisation.

Please note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are an organisation owner, deleting your account will also delete all data belonging to your organisation.

Option 1 — Via the app

  1. Open the At9 app and go to Help.
  2. Tap Contact Us and send a message with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  3. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

  1. Email contact@at9.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address registered to your At9 account so we can locate your data.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

For anyone

Data Removal Request

You do not need to be an At9 user for your personal data to appear on our platform. Businesses using At9 may store customer contact details as part of managing their bookings — for example, your name, phone number, or email address.

If you believe we may hold personal data about you and would like it removed, please contact us by email.

How to request removal

  1. Email contact@at9.app with the subject line "Data Removal Request".
  2. Include your contact details — name, email address, and phone number — so we can locate any data that may relate to you.
  3. Include a brief description of the data you believe we hold and, if known, the name of the business whose At9 account may have stored it.
  4. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete any applicable removal within 30 days.

We will only be able to remove data we can confirm relates to you. Providing as much detail as possible helps us respond quickly and accurately.
